Holly combines the three modalities of Osteopathy, Sports Massage and Medical Acupuncture into pioneering treatments designed to maximise the functionality of the bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues, to reduce pain and tension, and promote localised healing. A Masters graduate of the British School of Osteopathy and fully registered osteopath, she treats patients with a wide range of medical conditions in Clapham South and Chelsea, London . An international expert in postural-related pain and the effects of prolonged stress on the body, she also specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain during pregnancy. Her holistic approach recognises the strong link between mental and physical health to create a bespoke management plan for each individual. Each personalised therapy identifies the source of each pain and strives to eliminate underlying factors that might be responsible for future flare-ups.

She qualified as a personal trainer with renowned Premier institute and since then has worked along side Sweaty Betty, SWIFT fitness and runs the popular luxury wellness retreats in Sotogrande, South of Spain. Sofia has a gentle encouraging approach and knows just the right amount of pressure to achieve outstanding results. Sofia is also a qualified life coach.
